Shipping Policy & PACT Act Compliance

At GRABVAPE, compliance and safety are our top priorities. Due to the federal PACT Act and varying state regulations regarding the shipment of vapor products, please review our policies carefully.

• Adult Signature Required: By law, all deliveries containing vaping products require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. The recipient must present a valid government-issued ID to the carrier.
• Shipping Rates: We offer competitive shipping rates. Standard local shipping (Texas) is $15.00. Remote area shipping is $25.00. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $500.00.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.
• Restrictions: We only ship to compliant states within the United States. We do NOT ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products and strict health/hygiene regulations, all sales on E-Liquids, Disposable Vapes, and Replacement Pods/Coils are FINAL.

• Defective Items: Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective hardware must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Missing/Incorrect Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
• Refused Packages: Packages returned to us due to an invalid address or failure to provide a 21+ adult signature will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
